Stunning beach accessibility is the saving grace of this dated hotel. The view from the King Room with a Sea View was breathtaking, yet the amenities fell short. The outdated room lacked basic comforts, while service was hindered due to language barriers. Certainly not worth the cost due to inconsistent quality and maintenance issues.

The facilities need significant updates!!! Consider replacing the outdated elevators and improving the overall cleanliness of the rooms!!! Also, provide privacy signs for room doors to enhance guest comfort!!!

Couple looking for a getaway

The front view of the sea was spectacular. I could sit there for hours, just watching the waves crash. The shop on site made it easy to grab some snacks without going too far.

Acapulco's vibe is electric, and dining on local gems like La Asadera had me swooning over their flavorful tacos. Tacos so good, you'll be dreaming of them! Plus, the beach? Pure paradise! Plus, the staff were super friendly, making every cocktail by the beach an experience.

The hotel felt like a crowded family reunion with loud music drowning out the waves, and let's not even start on the plastified bracelets—who thought that was a good idea? The dining options? Meh at best.

We had a King Room with a sea view for 4 nights. The view was amazing, but the room itself was a bit outdated. The AC struggled to keep it cool, and it was pretty noisy. Basic stuff was missing, like a hairdryer and clock. The decor felt plain, with some stained furniture. Overall, it wasn’t a cozy spot to hang out in, unfortunately.
