The place is good, great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. On my first visit, the staff even recommended local delivery, which I remember fondly. I'm excited to return for Christmas!

A Beachfront Disappointment
Fine beach accessibility is the saving grace of this dated hotel. The view from the King Room with a Sea View was amazing, yet the amenities fell short. The outdated room lacked basic comforts, while service was hindered due to language barriers. Certainly not worth the cost due to inconsistent quality and maintenance issues.

The king room had all necessary amenities. The management was very nice and really kind, as well as the staff. The location was unbeatable and favourable, close to Galerias Acapulco.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.
